Return Policy
To request a cancellation please contact Customer Service at email within 24 hours and we will attempt to stop or modify the order. Once an item has produced or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Items returned to us that meet the following guidelines will be fully refunded for the cost of the merchandise. Original shipping charges cannot be refunded. If you have any questions, please email us at service@homdiy.co.uk.

Q: What payment do you accept?

Q: How to Track the Package?
A: Once an order has shipped out, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email that includes the tracking number
and the carrier. Just go to the carrier's website and use the tracking number to track your package.

If you are without an account, you can use the email address and order number via the website "Customer

Q: How do i change or cancel an order?
A: We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
- Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
- Orders canceled beyond 24 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of
full shipping cost and 60% of the product purchase price.
- Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed you are welcome to return the item to us in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Q: Are bulbs included with the light fixture?
A: Bulbs are not included unless otherwise noted.
Q: What does the specification under the compatible bulbs, such as E27, E26, E14, etc mean? How to choose the right ones for my chandelier?
A: The specification such as E27, E26 means the diameter of the bulb base in millimeters. For example E27 means the diameter is 27mm.
Q: What is the warranty on your LED lights?
A: We offer a one-year warranty on all our chandeliers against manufacturing defects. Please refer to our warranty policy for more details.
Q: Can I cancel the order if I don't want it during the shipping process?
A: We are so sorry to hear that you want to cancel the order, but your package is already on the way, unfortunately we can't help you to chase it back. You could contact us when you receive the package.
Q: Why can't I search for my logistics information after I receive the shipping information?
A: We will update the logistic number again on the next Tuesday when you receive the shipping information. You can see your latest tracking number in the shopify software.

A: LED lights may flicker due to incompatible dimmer switches.
Q: How long do LED lights last?
A: LED lights typically have a lifespan of 25,000 to 50,000 hours, depending on usage and quality. This is significantly longer than traditional incandescent or fluorescent bulbs.
Lamp Knowledge Science
1. A general explanation of the product features for all lighting fixtures. It doesn't mean the product on the current page is dimmable or three colors changeable.
Please check the Description section to find whether the current product is dimmable or not.
- Dimmable version: equipped with a remote control, and can adjust the brightness and color temperature of the light, not compatible with dimmers.
- Three-colour changed by switch version: controlled by the switch in your house, you can adjust the color temperature of the light, there is no memory function, the next time you turn on the light will return to the initial setting. It can't be set to only one light source.
2. Colour temperature, measured in Kelvin (K), refers to the colour of light emitted by a light source. It helps in determining warmth or coolness of the light, affecting the ambiance and mood of a space. Here’s a simplified explanation:
- Warm White (3000-3500K): Lights in this range give off a warm, cozy, and welcoming glow. They are suitable for living rooms, bedrooms, and dining areas, as they create a relaxing and comfortable environment.
- Neutral Light (4500-5000K): Neutral light is bright and clear, mimicking natural daylight. It's versatile and works well in kitchens, bathrooms, offices, and retail spaces, promoting focus and visibility.
