Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be delighted with your purchase and spare no effort in providing perfect lighting for your home. If it's not the right fit, we are here to help you return them.

Most items can be returned for a refund within 30 days after delivery. Return shipping fees apply, and the product must be in its original condition and packaging for acceptance. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept damaged or "change your mind" items after our 30-day return period.

 Cancellation Policy

Your order will be processed within 24 hours upon receipt. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at service@homdiy.co.uk within 6 hours of placing the order. A refund will be processed within two business days following the cancellation.

Cancellations made beyond the initial 24-hour period will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the total order cost. Please be aware that if your products have already been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Upon receiving your order, please follow these steps before installation or use:

1. Check the package for any signs of damage.

2. Please confirm that the product name and model number match the details in your order confirmation.

3. Unpack the items and thoroughly inspect them.

If you discover that you have received the wrong item or if it has arrived damaged, do not accept the delivery. Inform your delivery representative(s) immediately and contact us so that we can arrange for a replacement. Please note that once an appliance has been installed, it is not eligible for return. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience with our products.

Return Policy

In the event of production defects, product shortages, or shipping-related damage, we have outlined a comprehensive return policy to address your concerns.

Manufacturing Defects:

If your ordered product exhibits a manufacturing defect, please notify us promptly, and we will arrange for a prompt replacement.

Missing Items:

In the event that the quantity of products received is less than what was ordered, please contact us immediately. We will dispatch replacements for the missing items upon confirmation.

Packaging or Shipping Damage:

If your package incurs damage during packaging or shipping, please provide relevant photos. Upon our team's review and approval, we will either reship the items or issue a full refund.

Ensure that the photos submitted are clear and unobscured to expedite the resolution process.

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Important Notes:

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the courier company you choose.

If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our fault, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

While we accept returns for valid reasons, they are not completely free of charge. In the case of quality issues, incorrect items sent, or missing items, we offer either a refund or replacement.

Non-Merchant Reasons Not Eligible for Return:

We regret that we cannot provide return services for the following non-merchant reasons:

Wrong Size: Please refer to the clearly marked sizes and measurements on product pages. Contact our customer service for assistance.

Color Discrepancy: Due to limitations in photography, there may be slight variations in color. Exercise caution if color matching is crucial.

Excessive quantity purchased.

Items no longer needed or disliked due to personal reasons.

Non-delivery due to incorrect address or zip code provided.

Other non-merchant reasons.

Refund Process:

Upon approval of your return, once the package reaches our designated warehouse and is verified, refunds will be credited to the account used for the order payment within 10 business days.

All return processes must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your package and approved by us.

The initial shipping cost of your order will be deducted from your refund.

Exchange Policy

We provide an exchange service for our products. Should you wish to exchange a product for personal reasons, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package to discuss the exchange details.

Once we have approved the exchange, please return the products in their original condition to our designated warehouse. It is essential that the returned products do not impact our ability to resell them.

Upon receiving your returned package at our designated warehouse and completing the verification process, we will ship the items for exchange within 2 business days.

While our exchange service is complimentary, please note that you are responsible for covering all postage costs associated with the return process. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in facilitating a smooth exchange process.
